Historically, Truffaut's other half as the father of the French New Wave,  Godard has been overlooked.  Truffaut's seminal interview was a career defining moment for Hitchcock and for Truffaut.  While Godard has written much about Hitchcock, much of that has not been translated, and what has, is now in hard to find out-of-print books.
