I read Andrew O'Hehir (his last name is as confusing to pronounce as mine, but my mind defaults to O'Hare) on Salon once a week .  Great writer, and in terms of cinema, we have some basic taste matches.  This week's article on whither the Art-house film is right-on and worth your time.

HuluPlus, Amazon and Netflix have me on continuous Art Film overload--never enough time and an embarrassment of riches in choices.
