In with the new news: The Noteworthy #1 on Notebook | MUBI
The daily news feature (very much missed by this writer and film lover) has been replaced at MUBI by the weekly column The Noteworthy. The first one is up and scratches my itch for some smart film chat today--but what about tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow? Shakespeare nailed it when he wrote that the days creep at an annoying pace when you are cranky habit-lovin' writer. But like the twitchy guy on the corner says when his "friend" shows up, I guess it will have to do for now.
