Hitchcock’s Manxman movie in restoration - Manx Entertainment News - Isle of Man Today

For a real local angle on one of my favorite Hitchcock films, and the film I consider the best of his silent films.  I know on several levels it isn't as provocative as The Lodger and The Ring--but I'm always moved by this, Hitchcock's final silent film. To be honest, while these two big hits certainly impress, I'm never too emotionally committed to either film.  The Ring is certainly The Manxman's equal, or vice versa.
